Work with me

AI that sounds like you, even when it matters most.

I advise brands and product teams building customer-facing AI where voice and feeling are not negotiable. Luxury and hospitality names protecting how they sound, and teams shipping AI into emotionally heightened moments where the standard playbook backfires. If you just heard me speak: this is the next step.

How I work

Where I usually come in.

Advisory

Your AI sounds nothing like your brand, and someone senior has noticed.

Ongoing or project-based advisory. I work with your team on where AI belongs in the customer experience and where it does not, how to make it sound unmistakably like your brand, and how to keep it from doing damage in the moments that matter most. The work comes with opinions and receipts, not a deck of generalities.

Architecture

Your tone instructions work in the demo and fall apart on contact with customers.

The four-layer prompt architecture I built to hold a brand voice in production, past the surface-level tone instructions that always collapse, adapted to your brand, your channels, and your edge cases. Designed to survive real customers, not just the demo.

Workshop

Your team is using AI badly and nobody wants to say so.

A half or full day, on site, written for the people who actually touch the tools rather than the people who bought them. No code required to attend. Your team leaves with the same forbidden-words and forced-pause discipline I use in production, applied to your own channels.

Build

You would rather it shipped than got specified.

When you would rather it shipped than specified, I build. Five production systems across four industries on the same technical spine: email agents, intelligence layers, companion AI. The same hands that designed the architecture write the code.

What it costs

Published, so you can rule me out without a call.

The audit is a fixed price. Everything above it starts at a floor and depends on scope, because a four-week engagement for one channel and a six-week one across five are not the same job. If a number here rules us out, better that you know now.

What I believe

Three things I will not budge on.

Voice is structural, not a setting.

A line of tone instruction collapses the first time a customer asks something the prompt did not anticipate. Holding a brand voice in production is an architecture problem. I treat it as one.

The delicate moments are the whole job.

A refund, a complaint, a customer in distress, a once-in-a-lifetime purchase. Generic AI is at its most dangerous exactly here. The forbidden words, the forced pauses, the protected modes. That is where the real design work lives.

Operator, not observer.

I still run my own 200-year-old venue and built every system I advise on top of running it. I have shipped this, watched it backfire, and ripped it back out. You get the version with the marketing stripped off.

The receipts

This comes from shipping, not slides.

350+

Weddings run at my own venue

1

Operator, no engineering team

The systems span weddings, personal life, and missing-persons work. See the portfolio for what each one actually does. The point is not the industries. It is that the same patterns held across all of them, and they will hold for yours.

Discretion

You will not find a client logo wall here.

I work in rooms where privacy is the product. My own venue handles people on the most exposed day of their lives, with their money, their families, and their worst moments in the run-up. That is the standard I hold for client work, and it is why this page names no one.

If you engage me, an NDA is signed before anything is shared, and it runs both ways. Nothing about your product, your transcripts, or the fact that we work together is published, quoted in a talk, or shown to another client without your written say-so.

    Your transcripts stay yours

Real conversations are the raw material of this work. They are read, quoted back to you in the report, and never leave it.

Anything public is redacted and approved

I speak at conferences, and the examples I use are my own systems, or they are unrecognisable and cleared in writing first.

    No exclusivity games

I will tell you plainly if I am already working with someone close enough to you that it would be a problem.

Start a conversation

Direct, no agency, no gatekeeper.

Tell me what you are building, who it talks to, and what you need it to sound like. I respond personally, and I will tell you straight if I am not the right person for it.
