I’ve built my career around bringing other people’s stories to life — whether that’s planning a wedding that feels like a fairy tale or helping a venue transform into a thriving, booked-out business. I opened Rixey Manor in 2015 and have personally hosted and coordinated over 350 weddings.

 

I know what it takes to craft seamless, beautiful events — and what it means to build a business that can deliver them consistently. From handling timelines and budgets to navigating family dynamics and tricky logistics, I’ve lived through every version of “the unexpected” and turned it into magic.

Before all this? I worked in film, TV, and talent management in Los Angeles — including running my own company and working with clients on major productions like The Hunger Games. That background sharpened my eye for detail, storytelling, and high-pressure coordination — all of which I bring to every project now.

I created Isadora & Co. to expand what I do best: provide calm, clear, expert support to people planning weddings and the businesses that serve them. I believe in love, logistics, and the power of creating something unforgettable — and if you're here, chances are you do too.
