Bought a foreclosed, derelict 1801 manor house in 2014 and restored it into Rixey Manor, a Knot Hall of Fame wedding venue with 350+ weddings and 200+ five-star reviews. After a decade of operating the venue, built four AI and software products on top of running it: Bloom House (vertical AI for wedding venues), Ground (personal OS with an AI companion), and Threadline (a free public intelligence platform for missing-persons cases). Speaks on what changes about AI design when the operator is also the builder — and on the underrated craft of writing AI for audiences in emotionally heightened states.
