Martin-Dye
Founder, Isadora & Co
English-born, Virginia-based founder. Bought a foreclosed, derelict 1801 manor house in 2014 and restored it into Rixey Manor, a Knot Hall of Fame wedding venue with 350+ weddings and 200+ five-star reviews. After a decade of operating the venue, built three AI and software products on top of running it: Sagena (the AI platform for wedding venues), Ground (personal OS with an AI companion), and Threadline (a free public intelligence platform for missing-persons cases). Speaks on what changes about AI design when the operator is also the builder, and on the underrated craft of writing AI for audiences in emotionally heightened states. Spoke at AI Engineer World’s Fair, API World and DC State of the Stack, all in 2026.
